SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Servicing is an important factor in keeping a mechanical handling grain plant up to full running capacity. However old or new, preventative maintenance and the discovery and curing of a potential problem beforehand can reduce that expensive and often lengthy hold-up time at harvest due to breakdowns. From conveyors and elevators to driers and their diesel burners, it all needs maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

As well as mechanical handling and drying equipment, our trained engineers can service and maintain the propane fired CHC units and stirrer beams that are essential to the efficiency of a blowing floor bulk storage unit.

REPAIR & REFURBISHMENT WORK

Sometimes it simply isn’t viable to start from scratch when it comes to buildings. Whether its replacing storm damaged materials blown off buildings, fire damaged materials and equipment, renovating a listed or dilapidated building, a complete re-roof of a building or new workshop doors we are able to assist.

BREAKDOWN RESPONSE

When your machinery stops working or stops producing the desired outcome its essential that the issue is identified and resolved. Our experienced engineers will respond quickly, and we pride ourselves on resolving problems as swiftly as possible to ensure you are back up and running with very little down time.

Even with regular maintenance Harvest is a time when down time isn’t an option. We offer a full Harvest Breakdown service so that if something does go wrong and parts or a repair are needed, we will endeavour to get it fixed to get your harvest back on track in the shortest time possible.

FABRICATION

Our workshop facilities and the extensive knowledge and skills of our staff allows the fabrication of most steel or sheet items required in the installation of new machinery, and the repair or re-vitalising of existing machinery during servicing. We can assist in the fabrication of any type of steel structure that a customer might require, it doesn’t have to be related to grain drying equipment we can also provide fabrication for a more unique bespoke project.
